Resilient is my word for this week’s newsletter. Business owners know that being resilient often acts as a buffer against the unpredictable challenges from the outside world.

Resiliency requires someone to bounce back from failures, repeatedly, if necessary, adapting to changes and persisting through tough times. It means navigating uncertainties, learning from mistakes, and turning obstacles into opportunities for growth.

To quote Helen Keller, one of my favorite people in history, “Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, vision cleared, ambition inspired, and success achieved.”
